The Mettler Sonicator Plus Ultrasound Unit manufactured by Fabrication Enterprises combines ultrasound with electrical stimulation in one compact unit. The Sonicator Plus allows you to provide stimulation alone, ultrasound alone, or stimulation and ultrasound simultaneously. These Electrotherapy Units feature dual frequency applicators for therapeutic ultrasound to increase their utility. Ultrasound delivered at a frequency of 1 MHz penetrates to a depth of about 5 cm while 3 MHz penetrates tissue to 1-2 cm.
The Mettler Ultrasound Unit is available with either 2 or 4 channels, controlled by microprocessor, for the greatest range in treatment options.
Each Ultrasound Unit has six treatment waveforms including interferential, premodulated, medium frequency, biphasic, HV, and microcurrent.
