The MicroSEQ®500 16S rDNA sequencing kit is the sequencing component of the MicroSEQ®500 16S rDNA bacterial identification system, which provides an easy-to-use method based on DNA sequence to identify most bacteria. Use this kit to sequence the PCR products generated by MicroSEQ®500 16S rDNA PCR Kit. Together, the two kits can quickly and easily amplify and sequence 500 base pairs of 16S rRNA genes. The sequence can then be compared to the MicroSEQ®16S rDNA 500 library to generate an identity match. For research use only. Not suitable for diagnostic procedures. The kit does not include protocols or quick reference cards.
