The MyFuge^™ 5 Microcentrifuge With Combination Rotor for 4 × 5 mL and 4 × 1.5/2.0 mL Tubes manufactured by Benchmark Scientific, Inc. includes a four-position rotor which is compatible with a variety of 5ml test tubes. In addition, this combination rotor has four additional slots for use with standard microtubes (1.5 / 2.0ml). Just close the lid and the centrifuge can quickly accelerate to a fixed speed of 5500rpm. Open the cover and the rotor decelerates to the stop position to take out the sample.
