NanoLED Light Source is manufactured by HORIBA Scientific. This product is a series of pulsed laser and LED light sources, producing short light pulses over a wide range of repetition rates and wavelengths. Based on laser diode and LED technology, optical pulses as short as 70ps at a repetition rate of up to 1 MHz can be generated. The device consists of a NanoLED controller and a range of interchangeable NanoLED sources, each designed to be used over a specific wavelength range.
