NANOPIX SAXS/WAXS Measurement System, Rigaku (CAT#: STEM-LE-1076-LC)

The Rigaku NANOPIX SAXS / WAXS measurement system is an X-ray scatterometer specifically designed for nanostructure analysis. NANOPIX can be used for small-angle scattering (SAXS) and wide-angle scattering (WAXS) measurements, allowing it to evaluate multiscale structures from sub-nanometer to nanoscale (0.1 nm to 100 nm). For laboratory SAXS instruments, it achieves the highest level of small angle resolution (Qmin to 0.02 nm-1).
