The New Brunswick BioFlo 3000 is a high performance laboratory fermenter designed to help maximize fermentation and cell culture output. This advanced biological treatment system has the ability to produce more biomass or products expelled from any cell line, including microorganisms, animals, insects and plants. Its range of functions and available enhancement options highlight the model's versatility in meeting the dynamic needs of research laboratories. The BioFlo 3000 laboratory fermenter ensures reliable results every time. Built-in gas mixers within each unit optimize dissolved oxygen levels for high-density cultures. Selecting a dual gas mix allows for automatic or manual mixing of supplemental oxygen and air. Creating air-oxygen and agitation control cascades is possible with this configuration. Foam and shear modulation controls the system's response to difficult microorganisms. Users can perform different procedures with four-gas mixing in cell culture. During this process, air-oxygen-carbon dioxide and nitrogen are mixed, allowing the user to control pH as well as dissolved oxygen with the utmost care and precision.
