The Nexera UHPLC Method Scouting is based on two LC-30AD pumps, each with a quaternary valve, allowing analysts to run a binary gradient with 16 different solvent pairs. The high-pressure column selection valve can accommodate 1 to 6 columns, and each sample can provide up to 96 unique separation conditions. Using the transfer program, you can easily convert ultra-high-speed conditions to normal conditions. In addition, reconnaissance will be performed automatically when switching mobile phases.
