Description

The KN-300 nitrogen generator uses high-quality materials, including high-efficiency nitrogen generation molecular sieves imported from Japan with large adsorption capacity, high pressure resistance, and long service life. It features a Japanese SMC brand 0.01μm particle filter at the outlet to ensure clean and dry product gas. The gas pipeline and storage tank are made of durable 304 stainless steel, and the adsorption tower is made of industrial-grade aluminum alloy with sandblasting and oxidation treatment for cleanliness. The generator includes a built-in precious metal high-temperature catalytic hydrocarbon removal device, producing nitrogen that fully meets the requirements of gas chromatography polar columns and ECD detectors. It employs advanced dual-tower pressure swing adsorption technology with optimized control algorithms for high nitrogen production efficiency, controlled by a microcomputer with a full Chinese LCD display and comprehensive protection measures. The generator features an American THOMAS brand oil-free compressor for continuous 24/7 operation without the need for external gas sources, eliminating the need for gas cylinder transportation and associated safety hazards. It is cost-effective, using ambient air as the raw material and requiring only a power supply for nitrogen production, with low energy consumption and low operating costs.
