NRS-5000 combines the flexibility of multiple detectors and multiple laser sources for fast exchange between measurement modes to quickly acquire data, thereby reducing the experiment time. Many key technologies are developed to improve measurement efficiency; these include DSF (dual spatial filtering) that optimizes confocal focusing of the objective for reduction of aberrations and improvement of spatial resolution, SPRIntS for rapid mapping without moving the sample stage, and SRI (Spatial Resolution Image) that simultaneously view sample image and laser points.
