The Portable Horizontal Flow Fan Filter Module 6605-61 manufactured by Terra Universal provides micro-filtered class 100 laminar airflow for cleanrooms.

The fan filter unit is securely mounted on a portable base on the cleanroom floor to provide horizontal laminar flow.
