Preparative Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) System, JASCO (CAT#: STEM-LE-0077-LC)

Preparative SFC system is designed for large-scale purification using chromatographic columns with IDs of 10 mm, 20 mm, and 30 mm. With preparative autosampler or syringe-based large-volume injector, the system can purify multiple sample libraries or large-scale of individual components. Fraction collection can be triggered based on time, threshold, or slope from up to 4 different detector signals (including UV, CD, and/or MS). The open-bed fraction collection can collect a large number of fractions of multiple samples.
