Immobilized protein A is used to bind the constant domains of immunoglobulin (Ig) molecules. Protein A is coupled to agarose beads by reductive amination method, resulting in high immunoglobulin coupling efficiency and minimal protein A leaching (<5ng protein A/ml). Our immobilized protein A has a high binding capacity (40mg/ml resin).
Immobilized Protein A 0.2ml spin column kit is suitable for small-scale affinity purification of antibodies from various samples. Each 0.2ml chromatographic column is designed for 25-500 μl of serum or other samples, and can purify 6-8mg of IgG according to the resin binding capacity of 30-40mg/ml.
The Immobilized Protein A 1ml Spin Column Kit is ideal for small-scale affinity purification of antibodies formed from a variety of samples. Each 0.2ml chromatographic column is designed for 0.5-2ml of serum or other samples, and can purify up to 40mg of IgG according to the binding capacity of the resin at 30-40mg/ml.
Process up to 96 samples in a 96-well spin plate format. Other formats include FPLC columns and magnetic beads.
Specific binding and elution buffers can also be used.
