Agarose 4FF is an affinity chromatography medium for simple one-step purification of recombinant glutathione s-transferase (GST) fusion proteins and other glutathione conjugates expressed in E. coli, insect and mammalian cells protein. Rigid, highly cross-linked support suitable for purification scale applications.

Our proprietary ProteIndex™ conjugation technology ensures stable immobilization of active ligands and minimal ligand leakage under a wide range of purification buffer conditions. This resin can be reused multiple times to purify the same target protein.
