Description

PROTEINDEX™ Co-NTA Sepharose 6FF is a cobalt-based immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) medium. Compared to nickel-containing media, it offers greater specificity and therefore increased selectivity for polyhistidine-tagged proteins under both native and denaturing conditions. Co-NTA Sepharose 6 Fast Flow Resin can be used for small-scale and preparative large-scale purification of histidine-tagged recombinant proteins in prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems.
