The ATH-500 hydrogen generator uses SPE technology to electrolyze pure water and produce hydrogen, avoiding alkaline interference with advanced technology. It includes microcomputer intelligent control for automatic water refilling, overpressure alarms, and automatic shutdown in case of leakage. The generator uses imported Nafion membranes and dual-stage dehydration via pressure swing adsorption, with built-in trace oxygen removal (no activation needed), eliminating the need for filter replacements and extending maintenance cycles to over a year for higher purity. Hydrogen flow is automatically adjusted to reduce power consumption. It also features a built-in serial port for communication with a host computer.
