PYREX^® 60x15 mm Petri Dish Bottom Only, Corning Inc. (CAT#: STEM-CC-1704-LC)

PYREX^® Petri Dishes Bottom Only manufactured by Corning can withstand repeated sterilization (wet or dry). The beaded edges provide greater mechanical strength. The bead also provides a means to equally space the side walls of the bottom and cover, thereby reducing the capillary action of the condensed moisture on the sides. They are resistant to high temperature and common chemicals used for sterilization. The bottoms are marked in white enamel to make sorting easier. Bottoms also have a triangular enamel reference point for serial dilutions.
