The Recombinant Human B7-H3 (4Ig)/B7-H3b (hFc Tag) manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for studying the role of B7-H3 in immune responses and its potential in cell therapy.
Human B7 homolog 3 (B7-H3) is a member of the B7 family of immune proteins, belonging to the type I transmembrane immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. B7-H3 exists as a 316 aa type I transmembrane precursor protein or a 534 aa precursor termed 4IgB7-H3. The 4Ig form is the principal or only form of B7-H3, featuring an expression pattern on dendritic cells, activated T, B, and NK cells.

Source: Recombinant Human B7-H3 (4Ig)/B7-H3b Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gly27-Thr461.
Molecular Weight: Approximately 73.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Activity: ELISA Data: Immobilized Human B7-H3 (4Ig) , hFc Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-B7-H3 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 44.3ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
