Description

The Recombinant Human B7-H5 Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for T-cell co-stimulation and immune responses.
Platelet receptor Gi24, also known as B7-H5 and Stress-Induced Secreted Protein-1 (Sisp-1), is a protein encoded by the C10orf54 gene in the human body. It contains 1 Ig-like domain. Regarding the C10orf54 gene, it is positively correlated with BMP-4, enhancing BMP signaling and promoting the transition of ESCs from an undifferentiated state to a differentiated state. Human C10orf54 undergoes proteolytic cleavage via MT1-MMP, generating a soluble 30kDa extracellular fragment along with a 25-30kDa membrane-bound fragment.
