Description

The Recombinant Human CD33 Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for immune cell activation and regulation.
Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1 (FGFR1), also known as Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1 (BFGFR1), FMS-like tyrosine kinase, and CD331, is a receptor tyrosine kinase. Its ligands belong to the specific members of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGFR1 is one of several fibroblast growth factor receptors and plays a crucial role in regulating important processes such as cell division, cell growth and maturation, vascular formation, wound healing, and embryonic development.
The FGFR1 protein spans the cell membrane, with one end retained inside the cell and the other end protruding from the cell's outer surface. This positioning allows FGFR1 to interact with specific growth factors outside the cell, receiving signals that help the cell respond to its environment. When a growth factor attaches to the FGFR1 protein, the receptor triggers a series of chemical reactions inside the cell, indicating that the cell undergoes certain changes, such as maturation, to perform specific functions. FGFR1 is believed to play a significant role in nervous system development and contributes to the regulation of the growth of long bones, such as the major bones in the arms and legs.
Storage information for lyophilized products: They can be stored at 4°C for 24 months, and the liquid after reconstitution can be stored at -20°C for 6-12 months, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
