The Recombinant Human CD7 (His-Avi Tag) manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for studying CD7-mediated immune cell interactions and its potential in cell therapy.
CD7, also known as Leu-9, is an approximately 40 kDa glycosylated and palmitoylated transmembrane protein in the immunoglobulin superfamily. It consists of a 155 aa extracellular domain, a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a 39 aa cytoplasmic domain. CD7 is expressed on T cells, NK cells, myeloid progenitor cells, and CD19+ B progenitor cells. It associates with CD3 and CD45, co-stimulating the activation and proliferation of T cells and NK cells. CD7 also mediates apoptosis of T cells and facilitates the fusion of HIV-1 with target cells.

Source: Recombinant Human CD7 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ala26-Pro180.
Molecular Weight: Approximately 19.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 34-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Activity: ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CD7,His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CD7 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 7.9ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
