The Recombinant Human SLAMF7/CRACC/CD319 (hFc Tag) manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for studying SLAMF7-mediated immune responses.
CD2-like receptor activating cytotoxic cells (CRACC), also known as CS1, SLAMF7, and CD319, is a 65-75 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein in the SLAM subgroup of the CD2 family. Within the extracellular domain (ECD), human CRACC shares 54% and 52% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat CRACC, respectively. There are seven known isoforms of CRACC distinguished by deletions and/or substitutions in both their ECD and cytoplasmic domains. CRACC is expressed on the surface of NK cells, CD8+ T cells, activated B cells, and mature dendritic cells.

Activity: ELISA Data: Immobilized Human SLAMF7, hFc Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-SLAMF7 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 7.3 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
