The Recombinant Mouse CD4/LEU3 Protein, His Tag manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for studying mouse CD4-mediated immune responses.

Source: Mouse CD4/LEU3 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Lys27-Thr394.[Accession | NP_038516.1]
Molecular Weight: The protein has a predicted MW of 42.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result.
Endotoxin: <1EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS- PAGE and HPLC
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100
μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
