Description

Rotary vane vacuum pump is a machine that provides a vacuum environment for the equipment. Glass reactors, short path distillation and vacuum drying ovens all use such supporting equipment. Compared with circulating water vacuum pumps, it can pump vacuum faster. Rotary vane vacuum pumps are mostly small and medium-sized vacuum pumps. There are two types of rotary vane vacuum pumps: single-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps and two-stage vacuum pumps. A so-called two-phase rotary vacuum pump is a series of two single-stage pumps connected in series. It is a general two-stage type for obtaining a high degree of vacuum. The rotary vane vacuum pump can be used alone or as the backing pump of the booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump and titanium pump.

The pump can be used as a compression pump or a delivery pump.
The working environment of the rotary vane vacuum pump: within the temperature range of 5℃-40℃, the relative temperature is not more than 90%, and the air inlet pressure is less than 1333Pa, allowing long-term continuous operation.
When installing the power supply, connect according to the regulations on the motor plate, and pay attention to the direction of the motor rotation and the direction of the arrow on the support.
The diameter of the pipeline of the continuously pumped container should not be less than the diameter of the air inlet of the pump, and the pipeline should be short and with few elbows. At the same time, be careful of pipe leaks.
Focus on checking the oil level before starting each time. It is advisable to fill the oil to the height of 4/5 of the diameter of the oil standard glass when the pump is stopped.
The pump oil adopts clean SY1634-70 No. 1 vacuum pump oil.
The rotary vane vacuum pump can be started once under the atmosphere or any vacuum degree.
