Organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides are widely used in agricultural production in China, which can inhibit the physiological activity of acetylcholinesterase in human body. After the use of agricultural products containing excessive residues of these pesticides, the nerve conduction of users will be blocked, causing nerve paralysis and even death. RP-100 pesticide residue toxicometer is developed according to the national standard GB/T5009.199-2002 with enzyme inhibition rate method for the determination of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables (fruits).
