Self-adhesive Sealing Film for Microplate, Clear, model FSF007 is manufactured by Axygen. This product is a self-adhesive film for sealing microplates. It can prevent the liquid in the wells of the porous plate from evaporating, reduce the cross-contamination between the holes, reduce the experimental error, and improve the accuracy. The sealing film is made of hot melt adhesive, which can withstand the high temperature of 92°C water bath. It can be used for ELISA test, all kinds of color development or fluorescence test at no more than 92°C. This product has a 1.2cm wide grip design at one end, which makes it convenient to take and does not stick to hands or gloves. The grip design also helps to accurately locate and facilitate the quick removal of the sealing film after the sealing is completed. The total size is 8.2×13.9cm, the sealing part is 8.2×12.6cm, and the grip part is 1.2×8.2cm.

Store at room temperature.

Notes:
Reactions such as PCR above 92°C will cause the film to melt. Please use a special PCR sealing film.
In fluorescence detection, if it is top-reading, the film needs to be removed before the detection.
The sealing film is a transparent material, which is convenient for observing the color changes in the well, but it is not suitable for applications that need to be protected from light, such as fluorescence detection, etc.
