SFR Shake Flask Reader, PreSens Precision Sensing GmbH (CAT#: STEM-LE-0975-LC)

SFR Shake Flask Reader can measure quickly and accurately in up to 9 shake flasks at the same time. This novel device is used for microbial culture and cell culture. The wireless system conducts online and non-intrusive monitoring through the transparent bottom of the flask. The vibrating flask reader excites the luminescence of the dye embedded in these sensor spots. Its software can display oxygen and pH in real time during the entire cultivation process. The results are displayed in various graphical representations, and different varieties can be compared online. SFR allows you to systematically optimize cultivation parameters. The device can reliably compare the screening results. All measurement data can be exported to Excel or ASCII for further evaluation.
