1. The outer shell is all made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, and the base of the cabinet is made of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate. The inner and outer surfaces are sprayed with pickling and phosphating epoxy resin powder, and heat-cured. Cabinet body: The surface of each component should be flat and smooth, and the chamfers, rounded corners, and round lines should be uniform, without burrs, sharp corners, and sharp edges. Shell: The top, door and sides should be at least 1.2mm of cold-rolled steel, and a double-layer structure with a 1-1/2-inch gap; the anti-destructive requirements should meet the requirements of Article 5.7 of GB10409-2001 for A1 anti-theft safes .

3. The inner tank of the cabinet (upper, lower, left and right inner lining boards) is all made of pp (polypropylene resin) board, which is a grade A PP material (polypropylene resin) with anti-corrosion, waterproof and heat preservation. The thickness is at least 4mm, one-time forming and easy to clean. A 100*50*200mm pp air inlet is set in the middle of the front of the bottom of the cabinet, and there is an adjustable pp air valve at the bottom of the air inlet. There is a Φ10mm leak hole in the middle of the bottom plate of the cabinet, and the leak hole is covered with a 60-mesh 304* stainless steel mesh. The maximum air volume is 326m3/h, the speed is 2550 rpm, and the ambient temperature is (-10~+70)℃. The control switch is set at the upper right corner of the top of the cabinet. When the fan is turned on, the air inlet in the middle under the cabinet door should be pushed to the open state.

The real-time environmental data in the hazardous chemical cabinet can be monitored remotely.
