Each stainless steel needle of the evaporator provides an equal amount of nitrogen or other gas flow with a smooth and stable evaporation rate. Can be heated up to 100℃, shorter drying time. Digital temperature control. A fine needle valve controls the overall airflow, and an equalizer provides equal airflow for each well; each well has a stable evaporation. The needle height of the nitrogen blower is easy to adjust and is suitable for the size and capacity of most orifice plates.
