SolidSpec 3700 UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer, Shimadzu (CAT#: STEM-LE-1146-LC)

Highlights

SolidSpec-3700 and 3700DUV are equipped with three detectors: photomultiplier tube (PMT) detectors for the ultraviolet and visible regions; InGaAs and PbS detectors for the near infrared region. The use of InGaAs and PbS detectors greatly improves the sensitivity in the near infrared region.
The large sample chamber (900W x 700D x 350H mm) can measure large samples without damaging the samples. The vertical optical path can measure large samples while remaining horizontal. By installing an automatic X-Y stage (optional), the entire sample area of a 12-inch or 310 x 310 mm sample can be measured.
