The SpectraMax Gemini XPS/EM Microplate Readers with dual monochromator provide a flexible environment to determine the optimal excitation and emission settings for fluorescence intensity measurement. Multi-point hole scanning optimizes cell-based assay sensitivity. Through a unique calibration for internal standards, the relative fluorescence units (RFU) between samples can be compared. Temperature-sensitive reactions are monitored by constant temperature regulation from ambient temperature to 45°C.
