The 3ml spin column is designed to hold up to 3ml resin, leaving enough rome for a further 4ml buffer. The unique design makes the chromatographic column use the 15ml centrifuge tube as the collection tube, so the chromatographic column can be purified by fast centrifugation. The column can also be used for gravity flow cleanup.
Comes with a matching cap, frit and rubber stopper.
