CL8R large-capacity low-speed refrigerated centrifuge is a new intelligent centrifuge representing the international leading level jointly developed by Xiangyi, an internationally renowned centrifuge manufacturer and a key domestic university after many years. Carbon fiber rotor
The carbon fiber rotor passed 100,000 tests in Xiangyi in 2017. Electric door cover (automatic switch, need to add)
Just touch the button on the control interface to realize the automatic closing and opening of the door cover, without manual opening and closing of the door; it has an intelligent anti-pinch device for the door cover.
Automatic suction wind cover (need to add)
The centrifuge air cover is automatically attracted to the door cover with the opening of the door cover, and the rotor is automatically aligned and perfectly matched with the rotor when the door cover is closed, which greatly saves space, saves manual operations, and effectively prevents the cover from falling off.
Safe structural strength
The whole machine has passed the MCA (Maximum Conceivable Accident Test) test. After the MCA is generated, the centrifuge door shall not be opened, and solid objects larger than 0.5mm shall not fly out of the centrifuge chamber; the position movement shall not exceed 30cm; the personal safety of the instrument operator shall be guaranteed to the greatest extent. Real materials
The centrifugal chamber is made of 316L stainless steel with a thickness of 2mm (material certificate can be provided). Frame (3mm Q235 steel), protective cover (22mm Q235 steel), middle partition of door cover (2.5mm Q235 steel).
Green and energy-saving
Dynamic compressor control is adopted during operation. When the door cover is opened, the compressor is turned off or the sleep time can be set to achieve energy saving; the windshield rotor has low friction and generates little heat.

The centrifuge management system provides a real-time connection to the centrifuges. Through the intelligent terminal (computer), it can monitor 1 to 100 centrifuges, monitor the centrifuge operation status, save the relevant records of the centrifuge operation and establish a safe connection with the centrifuge, remotely control the start and end of the centrifuge, and the communication protocol is open to the outside world.
