Description

The reliable, accurate, and easy-to-operate Moving Die Rheometer is a rotorless curing instrument, which is very suitable for conventional and standard-driven rubber curing tests. The MDR one configuration is used to measure the curing curve of the rubber mixture under constant strain and frequency under isothermal and non-isothermal test conditions. MDR one uses a sealed biconical dies that meets all relevant ASTM, ISO and DIN standards. The rigid test stand, direct drive motor, precise temperature control with optional cooling device, available autosampler and intuitive Scarabaeus control and analysis software make it an ideal platform for QC or R&D environments.
