The built-in heating gas chamber is directly connected to the gas outlet of the furnace through a heating pipe. The small volume of this short gas path ensures fast response and becomes very advantageous in the case where the sample releases condensable escaping gas. No separate FT-IR spectrometer is required. The footprint of the PERSEUS®TG209® coupling is the same as the standard TG 209®. This makes the coupling system ideal for laboratories with limited space.
