Introduction

The proteins are a kind of important biologic macromolecules, and the study on the interaction of protein with some small molecules is of significance for biochemistry, clinical chemistry and analytical chemistry of protein. However, most works are studying dyes and other some organic small molecules such as porphyrins, acid triphenylmethane dyes, acid xanthene dyes acid azo dyes, and some medicines. The reactions of protein with some inorganic ions and their analytical application have never been studied.
Heteropoly acids (HPA) and heteropoly blues (HPB), which belong to heteropoly compounds (HPC), are a kind of inorganic acid radical anions. Because of their unique structures and the resulting acidic and redox properties, HPC has been widely used in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, physiology, catalysis chemistry, etc.
