Thermo Nicolet 6700 FTIR With 10m Gas Cell, Thermo Scientific (CAT#: STEM-SPO-0026-LGZ)

Thermo Nicolet 6700 FTIR with integrated Nicolet 10 meter gas battery and temperature controller. Gas battery in good condition (mirrors/windows checked) and transmission tested. This is a complete system including laptop, software, temperature controller, transfer accessories and polystyrene standards. The FTIR is configured with a room temperature DTGS detector and a N2 cooled MCT-A detector, which increases the sensitivity by a factor of 10 (see figure). Detector selection is done in software with a flip mirror rotated to either detector. The system has been fully tested with the Valpro protocol and the DTGS detectors meet the factory specifications for background, RMS noise, wavelength accuracy and linearity.
