Thermo Savant Universal Vacuum Sources are reliable single integrated units. The Thermo Savant UVS SpeedVac range, specifically the UVS 400A and UVS 800 DDA SpeedVac, are both oil-free vacuum sources and solvent recovery systems. These concentrators feature a wide mouth glass condensation bottle for safe handling of recovered solvent. Users can create a complete SpeedVac system by connecting these units to any Thermo Savant concentrator bowl.

UVS 400A SpeedVac concentrator enhancements include:

A chemical trap (SAV-DTK120R) can be used to absorb volatile radioactive substances and residual vapors
VaporNet® with SAV-UVS400A unit

The UVS 800 DDA SpeedVac system takes the UVS 400A capability and adds the following features:

Single stage refrigeration system
3-stage high-efficiency oil-free pump (1.5 mbar)
PTFE® Coated Tubing and Vapor Paths
Wide mouth condensate bottle with a capacity of 4 liters
Compatible with SAV-ANS121/4 for neutralizing ammonia solution alone
