Transcriptome Sequencing (CAT#: STEM-MB-0045-WXH)

Introduction

Transcriptome sequencing is the rapid and comprehensive acquisition of almost all transcripts and gene sequences of a specific cell or tissue of a species in a certain state through a next-generation sequencing platform. The advantage of sequencing technology is that the amount of data obtained by a single sequencing is large, higher coverage can be obtained, and more low-abundance transcripts can be detected, which is more advantageous in the transcriptome analysis of species with known genome sequences.

Applications

Study gene expression, gene function, structure, alternative splicing and new transcript prediction

Procedure

1. Quality inspection of total RNA samples
2. Library construction and sequencing
3. Data filtering quality control
4. Reference genome comparison
5. mRNA analysis, InRNA analysis

Notes

Clients provide qualified RNA or tissue cell samples.
