HUP series ultrasonic crushing instrument is composed of ultrasonic controller and transducer unit. By adjusting the function keys on the panel and changing different tool heads, the purpose of different applications can be achieved. Its working principle is based on the cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave in the liquid. The transducer will generate high strength shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the amplitude rod, forming high frequency alternating water pressure, so that the cavity expands, the explosion will break the cell. In addition, because the ultrasonic wave propagates in the liquid to produce a violent disturbance effect, so that the particles have a great acceleration, so as to collide with each other or with the wall collision and break.
