The surface of an aspherical lens is optimized to use a more complex outer surface, and the curvature gradually changes from the center of the lens to the outside of the lens edge to reduce spherical aberration. When focusing the collimated beam, it should be incident on the aspherical side of the lens, and when collimating the light emitted by the point source, it should be incident on the lens plane to achieve minimal spherical aberration.
It is processed using advanced grinding and polishing equipment to provide optimal light gathering power and focusing performance.
