Vaccu-Pette/96™ Multiwell Pipetter, model F37876-0000 is manufactured by SP Scienceware. This product can save a lot of time in a variety of multiwell protocols, ideal for ELISA, cytotoxicity and cloning procedures. Just connect Vaccu-Pette/96 to a large syringe and suck about 100 times the required pore volume. For example, to transfer 50 μl per well, suck out and deliver a total of 5 ml. The cells growing in the pores are protected from entering the 50 μ l ridges at the bottom of each well.
