VacIon Plus 200 pumps (CAT#: AM-LE-0710-Y)

The Large VacIon Plus pumps are manufactured by Agilent Technologies. The large VacIon Plus pumps have a nitrogen pumping speed range from 150 to the new 1000 L/s, and are available in Diode, Noble Diode and StarCell models. Diode Vaclon Plus pumps are commonly used in universal ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems that evacuate electronic devices and in high-resolution electron microscopes. Noble Diode Vaclon Plus ion pumps are used in ultra-high vacuum applications that pump mixed gases at a constant pressure, so they are ideal for applications such as particle accelerators, synchrotron rings, and surface analysis. The patented StarCell is the only ion pump that can simultaneously remove large amounts of inert gas and hydrogen. The StarCell Vaclon Plus ion pump is suitable for applications requiring stable operation at pressures of 10–8 mbar or above.
