Description

WEPS Wet End Process Simulator, 190mm, model STEM-GLE-1870-YJL is manufactured by Tianjin Renzhi Technology Co., Ltd. The design of the upper tank of WEPS enables the slurry to be completely stirred and sheared, and the injection and mixing of additives are controlled under the conditions of preset shearing force and mixing time. This upper storage tank simulates the feeding pattern of a typical paper machine, after which the stock is transferred to the forming tank below. After the dilution is done quickly, a strong vacuum is applied to dewater the slurry. The vacuum curve is expressed as drainage time versus residual vacuum pressure. WEPS simulates the headbox, molding and drainage process. The lower forming tank can be opened to take out the wet paper sheet, and the white water is completely retained in the built-in tank of the device for subsequent analysis.
