WUCAM is a camera with both WiFi output and USB output, which can be used to switch between the two outputs with a switch on the camera. When it converts to WiFi output, this camera acts as a WiFi camera and can be connected to mobile devices. When it converts to USB output available, this camera works as a USB camera and can support UVC standards.
