1. Six place Sextuple Nosepiece.

5. Transillumination: 6V-30W halogen transmission lamp tilted back.
6. Phase Contrast Microscopy: Condenser Slider, Ph1-0.4, Ph2-0.4, and BF (Bright Field, Daylight Compensated Blue Filter) settings.
7. Manual XY stage slider. Left hand low position knob. Used to perform fixation and movement of petri dishes.
8. Put the carrying handle on the back of the frame, it is convenient to transport.
