ZNHW-Ⅱ Intelligent Constant Temperature Electric Heating Jacket, 230W, model ZNHW-Ⅱ-500 is manufactured by Gongyi Yuhua Instrument Co., Ltd. The electric heating sleeve is made of alkali free glass fiber as insulation material. The Cr20Ni80 alloy wire is installed in it through the spring device of winding machine and knitting machine. The insulation heating rope is first made, and then the heating body of different sizes is made by pure hand knitting method according to the size of national standard flask for heating

ZNHW type electric heating jacket temperature control adopts computer chip as the main control unit, adopts multiple digital filter circuits and fuzzy PID control algorithm. It has high measurement accuracy, small punch temperature, single-key touch operation, dual-screen display, internal and external thermocouple temperature measurement, thyristor control output, and 160-240V wide voltage power supply.
