The AriaMx Real-Time PCR System is a fully integrated qPCR solution for amplification, detection, and data analysis. It combines a novel thermal cycler, advanced optics with LED excitation light source, and a full suite of data analysis software.
AriaMx is available in a closed-tube PCR assay format and can be used with a variety of fluorescent detection reagents, including SYBR Green dye and EvaGreen dye, as well as fluorescent probe systems such as TaqMan probes. Feature reports, over 120 properties and built-in diagnostics aid in troubleshooting. A modular, flexible design with an intuitive touchscreen interface increases efficiency.
