LipidnanoTM Super RNAi Transfection Reagent is a highly efficient, non-strongly cationic lipid transfection reagent used for siRNA-mediated gene knockdown experiments. It is suitable for the efficient delivery of small RNAs, including siRNA and miRNA, into a wide range of cell types. The reagent has excellent nucleic acid loading efficiency and promotes the escape of loaded nucleic acids into endosomes after cellular uptake, facilitating siRNA-mediated RNA interference in the cytoplasm. This process is highly broad-spectrum, enabling transfection into a wide range of cell lines and achieving high gene silencing efficiency at low concentrations. It has low cell toxicity, maintains cell viability after transfection, and is not affected by serum and antibiotics.
