Lynx S2S Connector (CAT#: AM-BP-0506-LC)

The Lynx S2S connector is a single-use, single-actuated device. It is autoclavable and gamma compatible. It provides connection between sterile flow paths in biopharmaceutical processes.
Lynx S2S connector consists of female and male connectors. Once these two components are integrated, the sterile fluid path if formed. To reduce the risk of sterility inspection, these tow components can not be disassembled after assembly.

Maximum Differential Pressure, bar (psig) (actuated): 4.1 bar (60 psid) at 25 °C (bi-directional)
Sterilization: Gamma irradiation up to 45 kGy; Autoclave once for 30 minutes at 130 °C. Do not steam in place.
Classification of Plastics: Meets USP Class VI Biological Test for Plastics In-vivo <88> (wetted surfaces only)
Endotoxin (LAL) ( pre- and post-gamma irradiation): ≤ 0.25 EU/mL
Particle Releasing: Less than 20/mL for the particulates larger than 10 μm and less than <2/mL for the particulates larger than 25 μm.
Non-Fiber Releasing: Component materials meet the "non-fiber releasing" criteria as defined in 21 CFR 210.3 (b) (6).
