Pollutant level: Sulfide <0.3%; Heavy metal <50ppm.
Chemical compatibility: Compatible with many salts, such as CaCl2, (NH4)2SO4; also compatible with aqueous and organic solvents commonly used in molecular biology and enzymology, such as isopropanol, ethanol and acetone.
Storage conditions: The dialysis bag can be stored at 1029 degrees; after each use, put the remaining membrane back into the bag and seal it well to prevent it from drying out.
Pre-treatment method of dialysis bag:
1) Cut the dialysis bag into small pieces of appropriate length (1020cm).
2) Boil the dialysis bag in a large volume of 2% (w/v) sodium bicarbonate and 1 mmol/L EDTA (pH 8.0) for 10 minutes.
3) Thoroughly rinse the dialysis bag with distilled water.
4) Boil in 1mmol/L EDTA (pH 8.0) for 10 minutes.
5) After cooling, store at 4 degrees, make sure that the dialysis bag is always immersed in the solution. Gloves must be worn when handling the dialysis bag from this point on.
6) Before use, fill the dialysis bag with water and then drain it, and clean it.
